How do I find my repair price?
Search your model above or browse its family. Select a model to see listed options. If a price is not available, request an exact-model quote. Parts and support are confirmed before booking.
What warranty comes with my repair?
OLED and Original screen replacements have a 6-month warranty. All other repairs, including in-cell screens, batteries, cameras and motherboards, have a 3-month warranty. Your written quote identifies the part type and warranty. Your Consumer Guarantees Act rights are additional.
Are GST, labour and diagnostics included?
Listed repair totals include GST and labour. Diagnostics and the no-fix fee are $0. Any labour-only service is labelled clearly, with parts quoted separately. The repair courier charge is $10, with arrangements confirmed before dispatch.
How long will my repair take?
We confirm timing after checking the exact model, fault and parts availability. Visits are by appointment; submitting an enquiry does not book an appointment or take payment.
