What we do
SmartGear sells pre-owned phones, iPads, tablets, MacBooks, Windows laptops, Chromebooks and accessories. We also provide trade-in and buyback assessments, repair and warranty support, WINZ quotes, wholesale and bulk device enquiries, New Zealand-wide delivery and appointment-based pickup from New Lynn.

Customers can check our trading history and independent feedback on Google and Trade Me rather than relying only on claims made on our own website. Our reviews page is designed to use connected review information instead of static review-count graphics that quickly become outdated.

SmartGear NZ Ltd is a New Zealand business with a local Auckland contact point. Our pickup location is 153B Portage Road, New Lynn, Auckland 0600, by appointment.
Business and secondhand trading
SmartGear NZ Ltd is GST registered and operates within the requirements applicable to its secondhand, trade-in and buyback activities, including relevant secondhand dealer and pawnbroker licensing. Exact licence identifiers will only be displayed once verified against the current licence record.
