Choose the grade that most closely matches your device. Your online estimate remains provisional until we inspect and test the actual device.
A very well-kept device with little visible use and no material functional concerns.
A working device with ordinary signs of use but no cracked glass or significant hardware fault.
The device still powers on and its main functions work, but its condition reduces resale value.
Some faulty devices still have value, but they require an individual assessment rather than a standard grade.
Battery degradation can reduce an offer because the device may require battery service before resale. The adjustment is not a fixed amount: it depends on the model, current battery health, replacement cost and the value of the device.
We assess the complete device rather than cosmetic condition alone.
Select the closest honest match and upload clear photos. We will confirm the grade after inspection. If the actual condition differs materially, we will explain the difference and provide a revised offer before completing the trade-in.
Not automatically. We consider the quality of the repair, whether the part functions correctly, whether warning messages are present and whether the repair was disclosed. Poor-quality, damaged or non-genuine components can reduce value.
No. Battery adjustments are model-specific. The likely replacement cost and the device’s resale value matter, so an older phone and a newer Pro or Pro Max model may receive different adjustments.
Possibly. Cracked, faulty, liquid-damaged or non-powering devices require manual review. Include close-up photos and disclose every known fault so we can determine whether the device has repair, parts or recycling value.
