SmartGear NZ offers pickup from 153B Portage Road, New Lynn, Auckland 0600 by appointment.
Pickup availability
Pickup is available only for items or variants priced at $20 or more. Items or variants priced below $20 are shipping only and cannot be collected from our New Lynn location. If your cart contains a shipping-only item, pickup will not be available for that order.
Before you come
Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready for collection and arrange a pickup time with us. Our New Lynn location is not a walk-in retail showroom.
When collecting
Please have your order number or the name used on the order available. If someone else is collecting for you, let us know beforehand where possible.
