Before you come

Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready for collection and arrange a pickup time with us. Our New Lynn location is not a walk-in retail showroom.

When collecting

Please have your order number or the name used on the order available. If someone else is collecting for you, let us know beforehand where possible.

For orders that are being prepared, transferred, tested or repaired, please do not travel to the pickup location until you have received confirmation that the item is ready.

Shipping & Delivery Information

We ship New Zealand wide from SmartGear NZ in New Lynn, Auckland. 

All orders are sent with a tracked courier service, and tracking information is emailed to every customer once the order has been dispatched. 

If you have not received the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails may occasionally be filtered there.

Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to activate after receiving your dispatch email, as courier tracking systems may take some time to update.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 4 working days after purchase.
• Delivery time after dispatch is usually 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

This option is ideal if you do not need the item urgently.

If you require the item urgently, please select Express Shipping at checkout.

Express Shipping (Urgent Orders)

If you need your item quickly, select Express Shipping at checkout.

• Orders are dispatched the same day or next working day.
• Sent via Overnight Express Courier.
• Targeted delivery is next working day or within 2 working days depending on location.

Important Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-direction fee may apply.

Additional courier charges may apply for:

• Rural delivery addresses
• Island to island deliveries
• Saturday delivery requests

If additional courier charges apply, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
