1. All orders must be placed & paid for online, there is no pay-at-store option currently.

2. You will receive a text message & email when the items are ready to be collected.

Online Shopping in Level 4

Our physical shop is closed but online shopping is open in Alert Level 4 and shipping by overnight courier. We use NZ Courier Post Overnight Service for most New Zealand orders, which allows fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network. Delivery times vary depending on a product's stock status and the intended delivery address (Urban or Rural)

Most products are delivered overnight (next working day) anywhere in New Zealand – provided the order is placed before the advertised cut-off time. Our Overnight Delivery cut-off is usually 12:30pm* Monday to Friday. Larger products like desktop computers take an additional 1–2 days to be delivered to the South Island. Rural Delivery and Dangerous Goods (e.g. fragrance, aerosols) may take an additional day for delivery. Items Ordered on Friday will be delivered on next working day (i.e Monday).

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from SmartGear NZ containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please call Customer Care on 022 1756115 from 10am to 5pm (Local Call Cost within New Zealand) or email us using the contact us option from our online store or send us email directly at admin@smartgearnz.co.nz

Once you have your consignment tracking number, you can track your parcel by using the 'click here' entry on your shipping confirmation email or entering the consignment number into the Couriers Post website delivery tracking system. Please allow 24 hours for your parcel to register the consignment tracking number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.



Will returns be accepted during the lockdown level 4 ?

Returns will not be accepted during the lockdown period level 4. Our team will be able to service returns once the lockdown has ended.
