Collecting your order
Make sure you have got the confirmation for collection of order via email or text & Your Identification like driving licence or Passport before you make your way to the store.
Please Note: Order Confirmation is not pick up confirmation, we will send you the pick up instructions once the order is processed and ready for pickup.
How does it work?
At checkout, you get to choose – shipping or ‘Pick Up” in-store' option. If the store has the item in stock, your order will be ready for collection within 2 to 4 hours! Pickup in store is available in Level 2 and below. In Level 3 Contactless pickup will be available and in Level 4 Only Courier delivery will be available.
Cost & timings
Pick-Up is a completely free of charge service!! If the store has got the product in stock, the time for turnaround is 2 - 4 hours from the time order is placed.
If the store you intend to pick up from has not got the stock of any product, our team will get the stock transferred from another store or from our distribution centre free of charge to your local store. During the transfer process, it will take approximately 2-3 working days and we will send you confirmation as soon as the order is ready for collection.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We ship New Zealand wide from SmartGear NZ in New Lynn, Auckland.
All orders are sent with a tracked courier service, and tracking information is emailed to every customer once the order has been dispatched.
If you have not received the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails may occasionally be filtered there.
Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to activate after receiving your dispatch email, as courier tracking systems may take some time to update.
